Olympic, Tour de France & AFL physio

The Good Physio began work with Australian Olympic team representatives on an altitude training camp in St Moritz, Switzerland leading up to the 2004 Athens Olympics.  Tough gig.  So tough that he did the same for the following 5 European summers!  Tough. Gig.

He has since worked with the professional cycling Team Garmin, the Aussie road cycling team at the world champs and London Olympics, and the Brisbane Lions AFL team.  Having treated some of the best athletes in the world, he is now setting up a private clinic to treat the general public applying the principles he learned and skills he gained while treating at the pointy end of the sporting world.

Research & Science Guided Treatment

Over the course of the 15+ years that The Good Physio has been in practice, enormous changes have swept through the world of science and technology. I remember my first Apple laptop, the iBook with a whopping 40GB hard drive! Who didn't have one of those Nokia brick phones with the 30cm antennae? Compare those to current technology and the size of storage on an iPhone 7...

In many ways, these changes have been reflected in the growth of knowledge in human health and healthcare.  So it goes with good physio. Physio needs to adapt to meet the best treatment methodology of the day. With a true science fanboy's thirst for knowledge, The Good Physio stays on top of what treatment and program delivers the best outcome for each condition.

You have to ask yourself: is your current treatment approach up-to-date and up-to-scratch?
